I've been a regular client for the last 6 months and from keratin straightening to a good shampoo treatment, I'm always pleased with the results. Natalia's a great listener and has an excellent understanding of meeting my wishes and ideas. At the same time, with my hair type (Afro) I do respect her expertise, if or when, an idea of mine wouldn't be recommended for me. As she's willing to explain why not and, give alternative solutions to achieve the desired outcome of having fantastic hair!
