Elena is the best facialist in Valencia. She is always focused completely on making her clients' experience excellent. She evaluates your skin, then goes to work, leaving no pore unattended! And seriously, my face needed special attention, and I got just that.
Plus- in so many other experiences, I was left alone in the room under a mask - but Elena stays with you for the entire appointment, and while you're masking, she's massaging your hands and shoulders - I love that.
