Personnel gentil, mais qui a passé plus de temps à écrire des messages sur son portable qu’à faire ma pédicure. Résultat : le lendemain mes cuticules étaient en sang. Le vernis est posé en couches épaisses et inégales. Ce n’est pas du travail normal.

Unfortunately the specialist was rude. I didn’t have nail polish removal scheduled and registered myself only for new manicure online. Instead of saying anything to me she was talking about it unsatisfied to her colleague. She rudely told me not to touch anything. However, rudeness wasn’t actually the worst part (or the eye rolling :) ). She cut two of my fingers (skin next to nail) , did not clean and sanitize but just kept on doing manicure. also as a last step she put oil pencil (that is used by all other clients) directly on bloody skin. My hands were literally dirty with old nail polish residues and two cuts after the manicure. I can also see old nail polish left in the corners of some nails. Due to these unsanitary conditions it’s safe to say I do not recommend it and I will definitely won’t come back. Just to mention - I have been to this salon previously for a few times (with Victoria and Alba) and never had any issues - everything was good. However this time such lack of hygiene was really unacceptable and I will rather use a different salon.
