El problema fue con las cutículas, me hizo varias heridas, tengo costras en cinco de los diez dedos. No había mucho que quitar, nunca me había pasado. Se dio cuenta y, aunque no se disculpó, sí me puso alcohol para que no se me infectara en la herida más profunda. Por lo demás todo estuvo bien y fue amable pero tener heridas, además de que no proceda y denota falta de talento o cuidado, estéticamente queda horrible
