Really rough atmosphere. Expensive Russian Manicure / Manicure Rusa chipped after just 3 days. She did a horrible job, cut my cuticles til they bled, and chose the wrong color. She was scratching some rash on her stomach then touching my hand/returning to my manicure. Unsanitary.
