I arrived at my appointment an hour early and they were so friendly with me while I waited! They have wifi and a beautiful outdoor terrasse with coffee and tea. Nuria was very chatty and attentive with the treatment. The only reason I gave it 4/5 is because it took a bit longer than I’m used to due to the type of wax.
