He ido ya unas cuantas veces a Oasis Urbano, y sé que he encontrado mi sitio ideal para hacerme las manicuras y pedicuras, porque ofrecen un servicio de calidad, a un buen precio, el esmalte es muy bueno, dura un montón, y siempre tienen un buen trato, ofreciéndote un té o un café mientras dura el servicio! Me encanta!

Great treatment overall. Had to wait 20 minutes to be seen however. During the facial there was a lot of commotion with people coming in and out of the room. Overall satisfied. Maybe a better place for nails, waxing etc.

It was a facial with Kaur. It all started with my appointment being 40 minutes (!!!) late. I had to wait on a Saturday and I only did that because it was my only chance to get a facial on that day. Kaur was trying to be really sweet and all and was giving me lots of random head/hands/etc massage but the facial quality was not good, unfortunately. I obviously had skin problems now but she focused on head massage and such instead. The room for facials itself IS NOT made for that, there is no privacy really, 3 random people (personnel?) were coming in and going as I was lying down. It was super strange and confusing. I feel sorry for Kaur but I will never return there and will not recommend this place to anyone.
