I went to get my eyebrows done because I was tired of the tedious process of shading them every single time. I decided to explore microblading at the salon, and after talking with Michelle, she suggested micro shading would be a better fit for me because it lasts longer. I completely trusted her expertise. Despite the language barrier, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, translating everything and involving me in the process. That’s what exceptional customer service looks like!
