La chica que me atendió fue correcta y agradable, pero el servicio en sí no lo recomiendo. Quizá fue un mal día, no lo sé, pero ha sido un poco chapuza el trabajo: cutículas pintadas, zonas de la uña sin pintar, el esmalte se veía grueso, poco natural y no se veía un acabado bonito. No era Shellac, los botes de pintura ponían Semilac. Mi reserva no la tenían y había reservado con 24h de antelación. Llegué 10 minutos tarde y tuve que esperar otro rato a que terminara de peinar a otra clienta.

This was the worst haircut I have had. I do understand there was a language barrier, however, I asked for my hair to be thinned out and ended up with big chunks of short hair that will take years to grow back. This woman does not know how to use thinning scissors and did not listen when I told her to dry my hair first. Thank you to the other ladies for trying to fix her big mistake as best they could but they really need to offer more training and supervision to obviously inexperienced staff!
