I was charged 17€ extra with no extra work. I do not speak Spanish, so I assumed that I got something that was not included in my initial coupon of “semipermanent express”. Upon checking I realized that they did nothing extra. The quality was very bad - nails chipped after 3 days and bended both directions. Very disappointing. I should have read the reviews before coming in.

Ya hace tiempo que soy clienta de Pirela y estoy encantada con todos los tratamientos que siempre me hago.
Carla es un cielo, siempre facilita cualquier inconveniente que pueda tener.
En definitiva, recomendable al 100%.
