After less than a week, three nails out of 10 are already gone! During the whole time, Yurena was puffing because it was the end of the day and clearly she just wanted to go home. Every client should be having the best experience, regardless of the timing! I’m now on vacation and I had to go to a different centre to cover up Yurena’s mess. Horrible experience!!!!
