I arrived for my scheduled appointment, but the hairstylist wasn't on-site, and I was asked to come back another day. When I arrived for my rescheduled appointment, the hairstylist wasn't there but arrived approximately 15-20 minutes later. Once she arrived on-site, everything went smoothly and satisfactorily.
