I guess my service was fine, unfortunately my partner's skin was ripped off in multiple places during a terrible waxing experience. It's hard not to be impacted in your personal review of a service when someone close to you had a very bad time.
Like if you were eating out, and your food was ok but your friend found a cockroach in their dish. That was my experience with Revive. Fine for me, but my partner got the cockroach.

We went as a couple for spa pedicures which we hoped to be a relaxing experience. My therapist was nice but my husband's therapist got up suddenly in the middle of his treatment saying something in her own language. She sat by the water canister and spent the rest of the time looking at her phone. Another therapist had to take over my husband's pedicure. It made my husband very conscious and he felt then that there was something wrong with his feet. It ruined the experience for us.
