Pedí expresamente un rubio medio-oscuro muy muy ceniza en las raíces, y me han quedado súper rojas (por dejar el tinte demasiado tiempo. Por mucho matiz que haya, el peróxido sigue actuando y oxidando el cabello). Por otro lado, el personal ha sido muy educado y atento conmigo, y me han puesto serum al final, que no estaba incluido en el precio. Tendré que matizarme todo el "casco" pero no ha sido una mala experiencia.
