Didn’t use hot wax. Used drug store roll on wax and strips like it’s 1999. Left hair everywhere, in no way would I consider this a complete wax. She did half the job with really bad quality wax that left me in pain. Normal salons in 2024 use hot wax or sugar paste. Really do not recommend this to anyone.
