I was nervous about my bad Spanish, but the team was kind and patient with my communication and never made me feel embarrassed. I usually dread haircuts and had waited too long, but the team was so professional and efficient. The stylist (I forgot her name!) was efficient and confident and gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. I left feeling "renewed" and grateful for their kindness and professionalism!
