It’s unacceptable to book a service at a price here on Treatwell and finding out at the end of the service that there is an extra amount to pay because the previous treatment was not made at their salon. So, the retirada, had an extra cost which I was totally unaware of and that would have not led me to book at their place. The extra cost should have been communicated to me before starting the treatment or at least, specified in the description on Treatwell. You have lost a potential customer
