I had a semi-permanent manicure and pedicure and literally had only my nails painted. The cuticles were not touched at all. When she removed the protein from my nails instead of removing it from the cuticles up, he was rubbing it down into my cuticle. 3 of my nails no longer have the semi-permanent polish. I understand I booked express service but nothing else was done but my nails were applied with semi-permanent nail polish, very disappointed.
