I booked Leidy and got Marylin with no explanation. Marylins name I found out after my nails were complete and I was paying. She did not even say hello and spent some of the time on a call with her headphones on. My nails were done much more quickly than usual and I had to file them when I got home as there were sharp areas. The equipment was all covered with filing dust too, so not the usual cleanliness expected. Disappointed as I have been a customer here for a while now.
