Avisé de que me quemaba mucho y me respondieron "que me tenía que aguantar", han pasado dos días y sigo teniendo toda la zona roja. Además me dejaron muchos pelos con la excusa de que "no todos los pelos se pueden quitar con cera". Una vergüenza.

It was horrible I left looking like a sheep and paid extra for nothing ! Did the treatment and my black coloured hair turned orange ! I asked her to do blowdry then flat iron and paid extra because I have frizzy roots. She didn’t even get to the roots as if I hadn’t done nothing she was just rushing to close and pretending to do my hair !
