The music was incredibly loud. The appointment felt very rushed. The brushing and blow drying of my hair was so fast and ripped out a lot of my hair because it was so rushed. No heat protection put into my hair. I asked for layers throughout my hair and I didn’t get that. I asked to not get a blunt cut on my hair and I did. Also I paid for long hair cut based on the description on the website and they charged me 5 euros more before I walked out because of the “amount of hair”. Price gauging.
