No me ha secado bien el pelo, le he dicho sin volumen y ha hecho lo que le dio la gana, me daba constantemente golpes en la cabeza me ha quemado la oreja. El salón está muy bien pero hay alguna empleada que no vale la pena

My friend and I booked a wash and blow-dry for long hair online. Upon arrival, we were told to pay extra because our hair was considered “extra long.” After the service, the surcharge increased again. Had we known the true price, we would have cancelled. Carolina was extremely rough and the blow-dry was painful. Sanae was gentler but did not understand English and ignored the requested style. Poor service and misleading pricing. 1 star.
