I don't know if those are Spanish standards but I got a Brazilian wax without any type of mono-use cover. Also the wax left me with some very sensitive parts due to the rips: first layer of skin gone.

La peor experiencia de mi vida: depilación y pedicura desastrosas, cera demasiado caliente, dolor, pelos sin quitar, uñas y esmalte mal hechos. Contacté al salón y a Treatwell;(enviado fotos tmb) el salon ni ha contestado, solo Treatwell me ofrecio' 5 € de reembolso. Total falta de profesionalidad y atención. Muy decepcionante. No recomiendo ni el salón ni Treatwell para el atencion al cliente.
