Wax strips were used over again on the same place on my bikini line. I was red and raw for the first two days after my wax.My skin is now left marked with red raised scaring. It looks bad and I’m worried it will leave permanent marks. I went into the store to speak to Arlet, to try explain that after 5 days my skin is still marked. She did not offer any compensation or refund.
