Muy amable y profesional. Pero he ido antes, hace dos/tres años con Hazel (creo?) y Hazel ha hecho mejor, con menos dolor y los resultados finales mejor con Hazel. Este vez habia unos pelos restante que Hazel habria utilizado pinzas para sacarlos.
