1: they didn’t change the location on Treatwell. I went to their previous center and had to call the salon once I arrived to then have the lady tell me they indeed moved to another location.
2: once I got there I had to use the bathroom, there was no toilet paper. I had to call the lady (from the bathroom) to ask her to bring me toilet paper. She didn’t even apologise or anything.
3: the wax she uses is supposedly a “pain free” wax but it makes the process 3x longer and less efficient.
