I booked an appointment for 13.30. The night before I got a message requesting to move the appointment to 12.45. Not ideal, but ok. I came at 12.45, and was told that they’re running late, so could I wait for 20-30 min? My appointment started at 13.35 in the end. What was the point of all the rescheduling?! But also a message in the morning to come later would be helpful.
The hairdresser was super lovely, but her technique is quite poor, particularly texturizing. Doesn’t worth €35
