I had an appointment for a spa pedicure, which was supposed to last one hour. However, due to a mistake by the lady who served me, I ended up with a semi-permanent pedicure that lasted only 25 minutes.
The most important issue: LACK OF HYGIENE. The floor was dirty, covered in nails, dust, and dirt. They don’t use single-use nail files; instead, they use old, dirty tools without even sanitizing them. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t sanitize a single tool she used.
