Victor is great. I have been using him for years and he always gets it right! Not only does he do a very reliably good shampoo and blowdry (with a quite good scalp massage) but he does a treatment that works as well to reduce my scalp psoriasis as the dermatologist does - and much more affordably! Victor does lowlights ("mechas") that I love and when I just need a trim he knows exactly how much to cut. I definitely recommend him to everyone, both men and women. (My husband trusts him implicitly to cut his hair and trim his beard - never, ever a problem!!)
