As always, Victor is great. He notices everything about my hair, and changes the shampoo based on how my hair is reacting to whatever vagaries the weather brings. With the recent cold spell, my hair had gotten drier with less body; today Victor used a different shampoo and conditioner to compensate. I walked out feeling and looking great!
