I appreciate adding a wax to the appointment. Johana was very kind throughout both treatments. However, it was inappropriate to have multiple people interrupt. One worker entered the room during the wax and watched then began to collect supplies from the room. Another worker entered 4 times during my massage. She then pointed out my scars and commented on them to Johana. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and violated my privacy. If I hadn't paid in advance I would have left.
