I’m very saddened by the experience I had here today. It was a simple wash and blow dry appointment but the woman managed to damage my hair by running the blow dry in the highest heat setting at least 20-30 times per section. I told her multiple times to just do a simple blow dry and keep the natural hair texture and no need to make it perfectly straight still she kept on obsessively repeating this on all my hair sections. I had to make her stop at least 3 times telling her to just blow dry 2-3 times but she kept on in her own world doing the same thing again and again saying your hair is so beautiful. Is that why you want to damage it? I don’t understand this kind of behaviour. She didn’t seem stable to me. I had booked my appointment with the guy Alexander but she was assigned to me during the appointment. So so disappointed. I will never return again and warn all my Indian friends against this place. She didn’t even use heat protection spray. I had to literally ask her to end the session multiple times by grabbing my hair away from her still she wouldn’t let go. I am easily half her age. What is this behaviour ? It’s so embarrassing to see older women behave destructively like this towards younger women on purpose. It’s sad.
Excelente servicio por parte de la sra Stella me ha dejado el pelo mejor de lo que se lo pedi, aparte la atencion y la dedicación a su trabajo me pareció excelente!
