Overall the message was great, Alexandra was really nice and professional. The only issue I would mention the air in the place was very heavy quite dump, the towels were all wet/semi-wet. Even when they changed them after my concerns they were still quite dump. Other than that all good 👍🏻

La valoración del servicio al que se refiere esta reseña es muy buena. Pero la nota la he puesto baja porque hoy 18/4 tenía otra reserva en este mismo centro y no se ha presentado ninguna masajista ni recepcionista. Después de esperar 15 minuts me he ido. Como no podré hacer ninguna reseña aprovecho este otro servicio para hacerla.
Este problema es habitual en este centro. Me ha sucedido unas 5 veces. En una ocasión me hicieron esperar desnudo unos 30 minutos. Al final me vestí y me fui.

La chica que realizo el tratamiento genial. El lugar.. pues lo que dicen los comentarios. Toallas mojadas, camilla mojada, lo que hace que la experiencia sea poco confortable.

Really bad place, very unprofessional and not friendly! I booked a massage via treatwell, I arrived to the place and I was told there is no therapist available at the time and I can come back at 5PM (I booked it for 1PM). I asked the receptionist to cancel and refund my appointment but they refused to do so. After discussing for 1 hour, I left and I was told the manager will get back to me. I texted them several times, but haven’t received a reply.
