Really bad place, very unprofessional and not friendly! I booked a massage via treatwell, I arrived to the place and I was told there is no therapist available at the time and I can come back at 5PM (I booked it for 1PM). I asked the receptionist to cancel and refund my appointment but they refused to do so. After discussing for 1 hour, I left and I was told the manager will get back to me. I texted them several times, but haven’t received a reply.

I booked a Thai massage and although Alessandra was great, I didn’t receive a Thai massage. There wasn’t much technique nor pressure. The place was lovely, dimly lit, cozy and the room was small but practical
