It is a rather cold environment, where one sits there in silence, there was no interest in making conversation. Viviana was sweet but she was not prepared at all, I had the feeling that she did not work there as she had to ask and look for the work tools needed, she had no idea where things were. As a new customer it looked very unprofessional and one had the feeling of not being important enough, I don’t blame the girl but more management for the lack of professionalism towards new customers.
