I really like the quality of work - it's high level which is what makes me want to return. The only issue is that I don't feel comfortable whenever im there. Some (not all) workers there speak too much to each other, sometimes use rude and inappropriate language, and even make negative comments about their own clients (even about me, they did not realize I understand the language). I really suggest to invest in more professionalism to make everyone feel welcome and enjoy the appointment.
