I used to ❤️ Coqueta. Vibe today was abrasive. Accidentally clicking “no-polish” in the user-unfriendly app, I tried to change it but couldn’t, so I WhatsApp’d the salon explaining my mistake, no response but I got an updated appointment BUT for the same no-polish service.
I didn’t think it would be a problem because the no-polish service is 40 minutes & polish is 45.
I was met with an intransigent “We don’t have time.”
My pedicure took 25 minutes. Nail shapes & lengths were uneven.
So sad!
