She cut cuticle so it started bleeding and didn’t even acknowledge it. She rushed through the manicure - my nails ended up being super uneven and rough. I asked her to fix my thumb multiple times. For my pedicure, it’s as if I didn’t even get one - my feet and heels are still rough, she spent little to no time filing my feet. All in all just a bad experience. I paid for a service and came out super disappointed and not satisfied. I’ll end up having to go someone else to get them fixed
