I did a relaxing and decontracting massage with Freya and had the most relaxing time! Freya is clearly very knowledgeable and we had a sit down before the massage to discuss which areas of the body I had more tension in and any pain I was experiencing. As I was experiencing some pain she first tested my muscular strength and flexibility around the area before starting massaging - and I noticed a noticeable increase in flexibility afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

I had an amazing massage with Tanya when I was visiting Barcelona. I was very tense and stiff but after the session with Tanya I was feeling much more relaxed and less tense! Will definitely visit her when I’m in Barcelona again. Thanks so much!
