Truly one of the best massages I ever experienced. Freya took the time to understand all the ways my body is stuck due to posture and stress, worked my sore spots hard but still leaving me super relaxed after, like years of tension melted away. I had the best night sleep, and feel so much better. I'll be back for sure!
