Overall, I had a great experience. the service was friendly and attentive — they went past the scheduled time to make sure they did a complete job with my facial, and even offered to schedule a free follow-up to check up on my skin since they had done some pretty intense extractions. However, my face was left with some scarring due to rough microdermabrasion and a glycolic treatment that was put onto my skin after the extractions had been done. Luckily this scarring will not be permanent, but from my experience, it's generally not a great idea to put such strong acid treatments when the skin is in a sensitive post-extraction state.
