COVID measures zero. Another client getting her hair dried held the mask only at her nose (no ear straps) so it was flying around as she talked loudly. The pedicurist had her mask below her nose, when I asked her to wear it properly she said it makes her glasses fog. I insisted and she removed her glasses. She then took her tools out of a used mailing envelope! I’m used to salons that have a sealed package of sterilized tools for each client! She made me bleed when cleaning the cuticle! Awful!
