Staff, ambience, cleanliness were all good, I just wasn't satisfied with the color's result. It was my 3rd time, hoping to finally get the blonde colored highlights I desired.
They told me on the first visit that the color had to build up as it wasn't healthy for the hair to get bleached in one go. (My hair is dark, dark brown.) But after the third time, you'd think I'd finally get the result, but na.
If you want caramel highlights though, this place is perfect for that. :P They're friendly, offering you water and coffee. Just keep in mind that having conditioner applied comes at an extra cost, as they didn't mention it to me when they asked me if I wanted it. So did the toner, but I expected that.
