They burnt my lashes!!! And the product they use is highly toxic. The smell was unbearable and it irritated my eyes. The woman was not only downplaying it, claiming I have sensitive eyes (even though I have done this treatment almost 20 times in the past years). On top of that she was so unprofessional, putting a lot of pressure on my eyes during the treatment.
