I live in Marbella and I’m a long-standing client of the salon, particularly regarding the services I have received from Masiel and Irene for over 3 years. I have always found the whole team to be professional, skilled, and attentive. Their work is consistently of a high standard, and they take great care to ensure clients feel comfortable. My manicures have always been beautifully done, long-lasting, and carried out with real attention to detail. The same can be said for my hair appointments with the amazing Anna. I was genuinely surprised to learn that one of the manicurists is no longer with the salon, as my experience with Masiel was nothing but positive. She was professional, talented, and an asset to the team. From a client's perspective, her work and attitude reflected very well on the salon and her English was excellent which was also a great benefit. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as quality staff make a significant difference to client loyalty and overall experience.
