Not professional at all,, i make an appointment before 3 days and at the same day of my appointment before 2 hours of my appointment they call and say they can’t make the full services that i asked for only one ! How come !!! Bad experience
Very dirty, messy and unprofessional salon which does not align with the Punte Romano hotel. Charged me €6.50 for this mug of lemon and ginger tea - when asked by the stylist if I would like a tea or coffee. Won’t be coming back and do not recommend ir.
Went to remove my acrylics & Marciela [I hope the spelling is right] did an amazing job. She removed the acryl in the gentlest way possible to keep my natural nails intact & I am very thankful for that. Also I love their interior design; it's a beautiful studio & can only recommend it!
