Very poor service throughout the visit. The staff were not attentive at all. They chatted to eachother. The lady who helped me left me too long with the permanent liquid, I called on her several times to come and check me. She was very ignorant. Unfortunately, my eye lashes in the end got burnt and damaged. I was devastated after the visit. Then I asked the day after for compensation. The costumer support told me I will get the next treatment with the specialist who helped me during my first visit earlier this year. She was great and I hope my lashes will be pretty again then.
