I accepted that he did not do what I’ve booked them for, but he could consulted me about the colour that was to dark and what I wanted for haircut. He just did what he wanted and it’s my hair in the end of the day not just his work.
I was a little annoyed that it felt like they mostly wanted to do things so they didn’t have to give back what I had prepayed. Because the treatments were supposed to take four hours and more, but took two and a half and I payed more.
