The only negative aspect on this visit was that I was left for 45 minutes at the sink area with conditioner on my hair before the hairdresser finished with another client. I was cold and uncomfortable. They offered to do a treatment to make the most of the time but I said no. I did not want to pay 20 euros more for a treatment just so that the hairdresser could go with another client. I was in the salon for 3 hours when normally I am in there for 2 hours
