I wanted to go back to this salon after an excellent experience with a hairdresser called Dani last year. Unfortunately, this time it wasn’t the same as I had expected and I now have to wait for my hair to grow before I can wear it down .
I was hoping for a nice relaxing cut as a birthday treat and the experience was very stressful and I was very unhappy with the result. Last time, I was able to express exactly what I wanted and was amazingly happy when I left but this time the haircut was very stressful , very unenjoyable and I will unfortunately not be returning to the salon. I did not feel connected with the stylist at all and as said now am embarrassed by my hair cut and have to wear it back because it is so bad.

Estibaliz es fabulosa como profesional la mejor sin duda, siempre sales estupenda...pero ademas es super amable y muy divertida y el tiempo que pasas alli se convierte en ina experiencia de lo mas agradable
